Refund policy

This policy applies only to items purchased on our own website, www.amxclothing.com (William de Faye, Assuili, C&Jo, Le Jardin du Lin and Secret du Lin). Items purchased on other websites, including private sales websites, cannot be returned to us: please contact the website where you made your purchase, under its own return conditions.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the day after receipt of your order to withdraw from your purchase, without having to give any reason. To do so, notify us of your decision by an unambiguous statement, by e-mail to contact@amx-clothing.com or by mail to A.M.X. SASU, 77 avenue Jean Mermoz, 93120 La Courneuve, France. You may use the withdrawal form appended to our Terms of Sale.

How to return an item

1. Send us an e-mail at contact@amx-clothing.com (subject: Return & Exchange Request) with your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange.
2. Pack the items new, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.
3. Send the parcel at your own expense, within 14 days of notifying us, to: A.M.X. SASU, 77 avenue Jean Mermoz, 93120 La Courneuve, France.

You may handle the items as needed to check their nature, characteristics and fit, as you would in a shop; you are only liable for any depreciation resulting from other handling (for example an item that has been worn or washed).

Exchanges

To exchange an item for another size or colour, tell us when you make your request. If the requested item is no longer available, we will refund you within 15 days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds

We refund the full amount of your order, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional cost if you chose a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision to withdraw. We may defer the refund until we have received the returned items. The refund is made using the same means of payment as the original transaction, at no cost to you, unless otherwise agreed (for example by bank transfer if your card has expired).

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at contact@amx-clothing.com, with a photo if possible. You also benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the legal guarantee against hidden defects described in our Terms of Sale.
